Have you ever wanted to run a powerful AI on your own computer, but the thought of command-line terminals, obscure configuration files, and coding just stopped you in your tracks?

For the longest time, that was me.

Even after learning by myself Python programming, and how to use it with Large Language Models, but I felt something was missing.

I mean, Python is amazing for automating work-flow with AI, but for wimple chatting, researches and interactions with your documents is really too much!

Last time we talked about why go local, and I promised you a journey:

🟢 Your AI your rules - Introduction
🟡 AnythingLLM (this article)
🔴 LM Studio (next to come)
🔴 Ollama Chat (next to come)

I was fascinated by the idea of a private, local AI, but every guide I found seemed to assume I was a seasoned programmer. It felt like I was locked out of the coolest new technology because the barrier to entry was so high.
