Sahas Urja (SAHAS) continues to demonstrate improving operational efficiency and remains well-positioned for growth. Nevertheless, we have downgraded our valuation, as projected free cash flows are lower than previously estimated.

The adjustment is primarily driven by an increase in outstanding shares. The total present value of expected future cash flows has fallen from NPR 24.84 billion to NPR 22.58 billion. Contributing factors include
