This is most likely a copyright violation. While a user uploading a single photo taken three months prior and ceasing activity isn't dubious on its own, the fact that the image was previously uploaded to Reddit and Sonichu.com in higher quality is. Either @Jshehehe somehow verifies that he is the one who took the photo (such as by providing the original without the weird letterboxing and cropped text on the bottom right), or this should get deleted per COM:PCP. Unless, of course, someone finds the original photographer/uploader and verifies that he wants to release the photo under an open license, which is unlikely.
