Grandpa was a top salesman in the grocery business most of his life. He was successful because he developed trusting relationships with his clients. His word was his bond. If he offered a deal, he made good on that offer. He cared about his clients and some became his lifelong friends.

Grandpa also loved to golf. He golfed with clients, friends and family. Many of my favorite Tween memories are learning to golf with grandpa and getting to drive his golf cart. His favorite golf memories are making several hole in one's on the Bidwell Golf Course in Chico and playing Cyprus Point..

What a blessing it is to have grandpa in my life.
