  51. The wager for any nation allying with this prediction is that nuclear warfare creates positive mutations and increases in fertility for all surviving. The wager is not global starvation at all here.

  53. Ra is currently centering on such a prediction for nuclear war being so helpful overall, the fear of nuclear war mostly increasing the population for so many ever struck? Especially megacities threatened with a nuclear strike?
