1. Purpose

1) The ECoin (hereinafter referred to as the "ECoin") used to make purchases within EROLABS工口実験室. You shall only purchase ECoin from the EROLABS (hereinafter referred to as "EROLABS").
2) The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall also form part of this agreement.
3) By using ECoin Terms of Service, you are deemed to have read this agreement carefully and agreed to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use ECoin services.
4) IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOU SHALL NOT USE OR CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICES.
5) If the laws of your country/region are different from the ECoin Terms of Service, you should stop using ECoin services. EROLABS is not responsible for the laws in your country/region.
6) We reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms, its ECoin Terms of Service and other relevant policies developed by us (collectively as "Policies")at any time by posting the amended terms on the ECoin Terms of Service. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of Policies, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of ECoin Terms of Service, you must immediately stop using ECoin Services.

2. Purchase and Charge

1) Users shall purchase and counting ECoin by the rules established by the EROLABS.
2) EROLABS only sells ECoin on the 『EROLABS 工口実験室』 operated by the EROLABS. Any other ECoin obtained through other channels is null and void with the EROLABS, nor can it be used in the "EROLABS工口実験室".

3. Free ECoin

1) EROLABS could provide users with a free ECoin, and the term and conditions of the free ECoin will be sole determined by EROLABS.
2) The free ECoin cannot be refunded, transferred or converted into cash or any valuables.
3) If there are both ECoin and free ECoin in the user account, ECoin will be deducted first when the user uses, and then the free ECoin will be deducted when exhausted all ECoin.
4) The free ECoin will expire after 365 days from the next day after purchase.The user should use the ECoin within the expiration date; ECoin will become invalid after the expiration date.

4. Refunds

1) When purchase ECoin, users must choose carefully, confirm the items to be purchased, the item you need, and the corresponding amount, because ECoin will take effect immediately after purchase, ECoin is NON-REFUNDABLE.
2) Users should use the ECoin in their account carefully, EROLABS will not reissue ECoin for any reason.

5. Suspension / Termination of use

1) In the event of maintenance/inspection of the ECoin management system, failure, natural disasters, communication line failure or other reasons, EROLABS may suspend the use of ECoin without prior notice to the user.
2) EROLABS shall be able to suspend the use of ECoin or revoke ECoin if any of the following items apply.
  1. When the user acquires ECoin by an illegal method or ECoin are acquired by an illegal method and uses it.
  2. When the user violates this agreement.
  3. When the ECoin are forged or altered.
  4. EROLABS may sole determines stop using ECoin by reasonable reason.
  5. EROLABS shall be able to issue or terminate the use of ECoin due to changes in social conditions, revision or abolition of laws and regulations, or unavoidable reasons.

6. Prohibition of transfer

The user shall not to transfer, lend, or pledge ECoin to another person in any way.

7. Limited liability

EROLABS shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused to the user due to the inability to use ECoin. However, this shall not apply if the damage or disadvantage is based on the intentional of the EROLABS.

8. Changes to the rules

If EROLABS deems it is necessary to change the ECoin Terms of Service, it will change it through the website or other methods. After the change, the ECoin Terms of Service will take effect immediately, and users should check the changes to the terms of service from time to time.

9. General Terms

This Agreement contain the entire understanding and agreement among you and EROLABS with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and cancel any and all prior oral and written agreements, terms and conditions.

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of EROLABS assigns. Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of, relating to or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration referred to EROLABS assigns.

If we fail to exercise or perform any of right or provision under the terms of this Agreement, this will not constitute a waiver of executing such rights or provision.

If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of this Agreement are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
