Redeem code not working ;-;
Hello, so I preordered the murder drones comic (physical and online) months ago and while I haven’t gotten the physical copy yet, I just got the email for the redemption code for the online comic on neon ichiban. However, when I am (finially) able to log in and redeem the code, it says the code is invalid. This is the link the email sent me to and the code that went with it, and while I have tried redoing this multiple times, it keeps saying the code is invalid. Has this happened to anyone else and can anyone please help me? Thank you

This is happening to me too. But instead of showing up as an invalid code, the notification says the code worked, but not that there are no products there to redeem, even though the first two chapters are already available for purchase.
I've tried repeating the process several times and nothing changes.
