Instructions:
1.Work in pairs.2.One student is the receptionist, the other is a visitor.3.Perform a short dialogue based on the situation.4.Then switch roles.
Dialogue Example:
Receptionist:
Good morning! Welcome to [Company Name]. How can I help you?
Visitor:
Good morning. I have an appointment with Mr Smith at 10 a.m.
Receptionist:
May I have your name, please?
Visitor:
My name is [Your Name].
Receptionist:
Thank you, Mr/Ms [Name]. Please take a seat. Mr Smith will be with you shortly.
Alternative Situations:
A visitor is coming for a job interview.
A client wants to make a complaint.
A customer asks for information about the services.
A person arrives for a guided tour.
