Introduction:
Want to get models from Roblox games you like to play, but don't know how, then this tutorial is for you!
Getting Started:
Using Cache:
Download and install Roblox (You probably have already done this)
Download BloxDump (https://github.com/EmK530/BloxDump)
Using an Executor:
Download and install an Android emulator (Using an Executor directly on your PC can be dangerous that's why we use an emulator)
Download and install a Mobile Executor on the emulator (e.g. Delta)
Sign-in with a secondary account (Prevent bans on main account and prevent main account from being stolen)
Install Roblox Studio (To open extracted game)
Obtaining Models & Textures:
Using Cache:
Make sure Roblox is not running
Open BloxDump
BloxDump will prompt you to clear the cache, type "Y" and press Enter (This is to help narrow it down to the game you want)
Open Roblox and load the game you want to get models from
BloxDump will automatically start collecting the models and textures
BloxDump will create a folder were the assets it collects will be stored (rbxm files collected by BloxDump contain animations not meshes)
Using an Executor:
Run the Roblox Executor and launch the game you want models from
Activate the Executor by getting a key
In the Executor search and run the UniversalSynSaveInstance script
Export the generated .rbxlx file from the emulator to your PC
Open the .rbxlx file with Roblox Studio and export the desired models as .obj
How do I get meshes?
