Comment on Mission: Bigfoot's page: Given humanity’s importance in the Hellaverse’s overall cosmology, being the race that Heaven themselves created, it makes one wonder how Bigfoot fits into it. Could he have been a failed early prototype of humanity? Or maybe a Nephilem or Cambion? Or maybe he’s just one of the few talking animals that exist?

Honestly, if this Lucifer was all-powerful as you thought, he’d be too overpowered for any real stakes to happen to Charlie, and Vox would just be playing it low instead of rising to power. So who’d be the greater villain in this scenario? It wouldn’t make sense for Lucifer to be a villain after all that was already established about him.

It’s already been established that Lucifer, despite being the ultimate ruler of Hell, doesn’t exactly have the spine to enforce it - leaving that work up to LIillith and the other Sins.
Reply to Midnight Blaze V's comment on Storyteller's page: I recall hearing from one of Cartoon Universe’s analytical videos regarding the Judaic lore surrounding Lillith that she wagered a bargain with Heaven, wherein (if I recall correctly) her offspring would be sacrificed by the angels in exchange for her continuing to live. It could be based on this particular tale.

Comment on The Full Moon's page: I have to wonder if the bishop clone army that D.H.O.R.K.S. is engineering will play a bigger part later on in the series. Nothing fatal happened to the facility or the organization in this episode, so they’re likely building up to something big. Perhaps an invasion of Hell itself. It also begs the question of what realm those children were sent to during the portal's trial period, assuming it wasn’t Hell.

I mean, mistranslation is the reason why Hades in Greek mythology is often depicted as a devilish figure nowadays compared to back then. This was mainly because the Greek word for the afterlife was “Hades” and the translations of Hell in the New Testament used the word in place of the Hebrew name Sheol.

Reply to TheOneOfSeven's comment on Seven Deadly Sins's page: It has been confirmed by Viv that Satan (along with Leviathan) will be far more faithful to their traditional depictions as opposed to the other Kings of Hell, who are more up to interpretation. I suspect that he’ll be the fire and brimstone devil that everyone expects him to be compared to Lucifer. Makes me wonder whether he will be appearing in “Helluva Boss” or “Hazbin Hotel”. I can see either one having a reason to include him, whether it’s showing up as one of the rulers of another ring, or perhaps having some sort of involvement with Sinners being sent to Hell (as per his role in the Book of Job).
Reply to Gemmaniac's comment on Beelzebub's page: @Wretchedchaos I wouldn’t say Asmodeus’ association with the Goetia is biblical since a lot of the extended demonology stuff comes from apocryphal sources. Him being a Goetia stems from “The Lesser Key of Solomon” citing him among the kings. Though the fact that Beelzebub and Mammon also have symbols resembling those of the Goetia does rise some questions, given how neither of them were listed in the “Lesser Key of Solomon”.

Reply to TheOneOfSeven's comment on Seven Deadly Sins's page: The figure of Satan/the Devil appears far more often in biblical texts as opposed to Lucifer, oftentimes under the name Samael. Though some kinda debate this connection as well. Lucifer’s usual depictions (including in “Hazbin Hotel”) often seem to conflate him with the figure of Samyaza, who appears in the Book of Enoch as the leader of the Watcher Angels.

Reply to Theropod from the North's comment on Angels's page: Stolas was shown to have been born in Hell, which would make him a Hellborn like Charlie. But much like Lucifer, Paimon might be a Fallen Angel since we briefly see him assume a form resembling a “biblically accurate” Seraphim. So the Kings of Hell (which seems to include the Severn Deadly Sins) could possibly be Fallen Angels.
Comment on MAMMON'S MAGNIFICENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Fizzarolli)'s page: Ozzy’s mention of knowing Mammon since the start of Hell has me curious. Either they manifested in Hell since its creation or he could be referring to the end result of Lucifer’s rebellion in Heaven when the Fallen Angels were all cast out of paradise (assuming the Sins are former angels).

Both examples have a continuity to them that can be observed in order, but the episodes themselves are also easy jumping points for newer viewers to follow without having seen earlier episodes. It’s quite different compared to a show like, say, “The Mandalorian”, where each and every episode links directly into each other in a exact order.

I mean, shows like… I dunno… “Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends” or “Arthur” have a similar approach to how “Helluva Boss” approaches its continuity.
