/soy2/ actually overtook /soy/ in popularity for 2 days, but then after those 2 days it fell to 30 pph, and after a few hours it went to 0 pph and stayed at 0 pph ever since then, and was shut down by december 2025 due to being a dead. It went from overtaking /soy/ to being deader than /v/, /tech/, /x/, /biz/, and /int/.
A whole reason why this site is a ded is not just because people dont know it exist, but because /soy2/ was 0 pph levels of dead dead in just 2 days, and since the tuey was 0pph for the majority of its lifespan, i guess nobody misses the tuey because if people did it would have been much more active than 0pph
