My education is misleading. I am tone deaf from learning only from art and silent books most of my life. Any French I have been immersed in is speech impediments prior hidden to me, like finding rotten teeth denied a mirror for too long. My personality splits into mental retardation in any language I have attempted to learn, at least without museums and photojournalists aiding me.
I dared even tell a US Army recruiter that I wanted to be a linguist.
