  Disappointing Experience with DoorDash and Benito's Restaurant
  
  I recently ordered from Benito's through DoorDash, and my experience was extremely disappointing due to a combination of poor food handling and inadequate packaging.
  
  Firstly, when my order arrived, the food was a mess. The containers were poorly sealed, leading to significant spillage and mixing of items. It was clear that Benito's did not put enough care into packaging the food securely. The portions that remained intact were not as fresh as I expected, indicating that the packaging might have compromised the food quality.
  
  Furthermore, the delivery process seemed to exacerbate the problem. The DoorDash driver was not careful with the handling of the food, which resulted in additional mess and further diminished the overall quality of my meal. Given that both the restaurant and the delivery service are responsible for ensuring a satisfactory customer experience, I am highly disappointed.
  
  I hope both DoorDash and Benito's take this feedback seriously and improve their services. Better packaging from Benito's and more careful handling from DoorDash are essential to ensure customers receive their meals in good condition.

  I love my Latino people and culture and surely enjoy their food, but please if someone from any culture cannot understand English, do not put them on the register. The owner is losing money on the regular im sure. i placed an order And only half of it was taken down because the employee doesnt understand english and to make it even more ridiculous has an attitude. ive been coming here since im 12 and their food is usually good, but without basic service standards how can anything be enjoyable. Just another place that shafts its customers by asking for more and giving you less in return.

  I recently had the opportunity to try out Benito's Taco, and I must say, I was left feeling quite disappointed.  The rolled taco I ordered was far from delicious, and it fell short in several aspects.
  
  First and foremost, the taco shell was incredibly hard. It felt like I was biting into a rock instead of a tasty treat.  It was so tough that it made the whole eating experience quite unpleasant. Who wants to struggle with their food, right?
  
  To make matters worse, there was hardly any filling inside each taco.  It was as if they forgot to add the main ingredients altogether. I was left with a sad, empty shell that lacked the flavors I was hoping for. It's disheartening when a dish fails to deliver on its promises.
  
  As a taco lover, I appreciate a well-balanced and flavorful filling, but unfortunately, Benito's Taco missed the mark. The lack of filling left me feeling unsatisfied and craving for more.
  
  I understand that taste can be subjective, and others may have had a different experience, but I can only speak from my own disappointment. It's important to provide honest feedback to help both the restaurant and potential customers make informed decisions.
  
  I hope that Benito's Taco takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their rolled tacos. As a customer, I believe in giving second chances, and I hope they can turn this disappointing experience around.

  Disgusting! I had the chicken burrito and it tasted like dog food. The red salsa tasted watered down and flavorless. Wish I knew better than to come here... Yuck!

  I should have known better given the 3.5 stars. Food is bland. Prices are just right for the quality of food u get. I got the number 3. Maybe other items are more tasty.
