UPDATE 2: There has still NOT been official tracking released for New Glenn upper stage. It is apparent that it performed ~1/2 of its burn and likely was in a ~200 x 470 x 43.0 deg orbit however the lack of tracking data and or public observations could indicate it de-orbited under it's own thrust, albeit likely outside of the planned de-orbit zone however that is better than uncontrolled re-entry.
We still await official word which Blue Origin is NOT providing at this time!
