GREAT ass baseball game. I was genuinely surprised with how much i liked the game. Batting feels crisp, fielding and pitching also feels great, graphic is also good and optimized, the sound for the hitting and the ball getting into the mitt is *chef's kiss*. There are a couple of game modes here that play a lot so i'll be talking about that.

Spirits mode, which is a poker game mode that requires you to match cards and getting the best hand possible to obtain points. These points can be used to build a player, which includes obtaining skills and improving their stats. The player you make can be used in the Star Player mode. You can make GODLY players here, the highest i made was a 800 star pitcher so yeah if you want players who's on crack make it here. Check out guides on youtube for making players here and also search up awakening players on Spirits mode.

Hakkyu no Kiseki is a unique game mode to PBS 2024-2025. It's a game mode where you become a baseball coach to a highschool you make at the start of the game mode. You can choose what region your highschool is in, and depending on the region you might have to fight harder for that Koshien spot since some region have more highschools than other regions. Between tournaments and games, you can train your students with cards. This might get confusing but essentially you can choose up to 3 cards to train your students. There are variations like 3 cards on regular days and 5 cards on a training camp which usually happens a week or two before summer koshien and after new year (i think) and these training camps increases the exp gained from your cards. And by picking 2 or more card of the same type (for example 2 batting card in one session), you'll get bonus exp for said training per card of the same type. You can also adjust what each of your students should be training on (batting, pitching etc), depending on what training menu your students are on, they might or might not benefit from the cards you choose. Once the summer koshien ends, your 3rd year students will retire and they can get drafted by NPB (this happens in December). If they get drafted, you can use them in Star Player mode as the character you control or as an NPC! Pretty cool. The more prestigious your highschool is, the easier it is for you to nurture players to the highest level. TMI but the darker your field is the more exp the students gain from the training, the field level is tied directly to your school's reputation. There's a lot more here but I yapped too much about it already lol. Great game mode, had a great time managing my team.

Star Player mode is just your standard career mode. You can use the character you made on Spirits Mode, your students from HnK mode, or make a brand new character for that playthrough. There are some interesting mechanics within Star Player mode like dating and friendship among other things. Dating is self-explanatory, you can choose between 3 girls to date (note: if your character is 17 years old, you wouldn't be able to date, buy cars and apartments). Friendship is a system where you can make friends with other players, and by completing the friendship gauge you can either get bonus exp for your training or obtain one of his skills. By the end of the season (which is around December) new players are going to be drafted, where you can decide if the players you make on Spirits mode or graduated students on HnK get drafted or not. You can choose up to 100 players, you won't be able to choose what team they're going to be on and you also won't be able to control the drafted players at all. Still, I think it's pretty fun to go against my students or the characters I made through gambling for hours LOL.

I honestly think there aren't that much bad thing i could say about the game except that there's no english localization (which is understandable). I genuinely love this game and i'd recommend it to anyone who love baseball. This game genuinely fills out the draught of baseball game on PC and i'm all here for it. spent 30+ hours on my first 2 days of getting this game, if that means anything LOL. No P2W as far as i experienced on those 3 game modes.

100/10 for me. Also use OCR, it'll help out a TON in terms of translating majority of the game's content for you (which is on a text box). Check out the channel "Checked Swing" on youtube, helped me out a lot with setting up the game and understanding the available game modes.

Honestly love this game! A baseball game was missing on PC but this one came in and took over! Once you get through the language barrier this game is pure fun! If they had full English support that would be great but I’m not complaining. Hopefully they see that the audience for Japanese baseball IS out there and we get a proper release of the series in the US. Would recommend 10/10

Ayooo pecinta softball maupun baseball, this game worth it.

worth it lah, pake stick ps4 ori pabrik (KW) 90k jg udh enak dimaenin nih game, grafiknya turunin dikit biar bolanya ga slowmotion pas dilempar pas pitching.

lagi diskon ini sabi lah, daripada the show mlb yg sok ekslusif console doang, mendingan ini dah gue bilang

So coming STRAIGHT from a Show player, this game is by far the only good game on PC for Baseball. This game is leaps and bounds above the graphics of MLB, and the game is fluid. I will say, the out fielders throwing back in is a bit fast in my opinion. HOWEVER, this game stands as my favorite baseball games, and even if you don't speak Japanese, I'd say give it a try.

Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025 is a landmark entry in Konami’s long-running baseball simulation series, delivering one of the most visually striking and feature-rich sports games in recent memory. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the franchise, this installment is built from the ground up using Unreal Engine and Konami’s proprietary eBaseball Engine, marking a generational leap in graphical fidelity and animation detail. From meticulously 3D-scanned player models—including Japanese baseball icons and MLB star Shohei Ohtani—to laser-accurate stadium recreations, the game immerses players in the authentic atmosphere of Nippon Professional Baseball like never before. Every crack of the bat, ripple of a jersey in motion, and crowd chant feels dynamic and lifelike, offering a presentation that rivals or surpasses even the most polished Western sports titles.

Gameplay in Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025 strikes a careful balance between accessibility and simulation depth. Batting and pitching mechanics are intuitive but responsive, with tight timing windows that reward skill and precision. Fielding and base running feel smooth and largely free of clunkiness, though minor quirks in AI decision-making occasionally interrupt the otherwise fluid experience. The game introduces a variety of difficulty and control options, making it suitable for both newcomers and hardcore fans who crave realism. Enhanced physics ensure more organic outcomes—foul tips, realistic ball bounces, and weather-influenced gameplay all add new layers to every inning. Rain, for example, not only changes field visuals but can affect player performance and ball movement, showcasing Konami's attention to simulation authenticity.

The game also shines in its robust suite of modes. Returning favorites like Pennant Race, Exhibition, and Star Player are expanded with better pacing and deeper customization, while two new flagship modes—myBALLPARK and Baseball Miracle—steal the spotlight. myBALLPARK allows players to manage an entire organization, from drafting and contracts to stadium upgrades and marketing decisions, turning the player into both GM and president. Baseball Miracle, on the other hand, shifts the experience toward narrative-driven sports drama by letting players coach a fictional high school team on its journey to the iconic Koshien tournament. This mode mixes management, training, and gameplay in a heartfelt tribute to Japan's rich amateur baseball culture, offering a unique and emotionally resonant experience not often seen in sports sims.

Audio is another standout feature. Commentary from real-life NPB broadcasters reacts dynamically to on-field action, powered by AI-generated voice systems that feel natural and well-integrated. Stadium acoustics have been recorded with impulse-response technology, lending a distinct feel to each venue—whether it’s the roar of a packed Tokyo Dome or the tense quiet of a rainy late-inning standoff. The soundtrack complements the mood well, offering energetic and emotional pieces that highlight key moments without overwhelming the gameplay.

Despite its numerous strengths, Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025 does have some limitations, especially for international audiences. The game is only officially available in Japanese, with no English localization planned, which may be a barrier for many outside Japan. While community translations and guides help, the language lock still restricts access to the game’s more nuanced features, particularly in management-heavy modes. Additionally, some players have noted that online features and roster updates are slower to roll out than expected, and the game’s use of Denuvo DRM on PC has raised concerns among performance-sensitive users.

In conclusion, Professional Baseball Spirits 2024-2025 is a stellar evolution of the series, offering a deep, polished, and visually breathtaking baseball experience. Its innovative new modes, commitment to realism, and reverence for Japanese baseball culture make it a standout sports title. While its lack of localization and some minor AI issues may limit its reach, for those willing to embrace its structure—or who are already fans of NPB—it’s one of the most complete and rewarding baseball simulations available. Whether you're swinging for the fences or building a legacy from the dugout, this is a game that truly respects the sport it portrays.

Solid game, lots of interesting modes. the school baseball particularly really hooked me.... Although if you're not able to speak Japanese, you kinda going to have a bit of hard time... You can always use google translate tho, but it's kinda tedious, if you can get past that... please do try, if you like baseball, you'll enjoy this
