I might just cancel my Phase Con trip... Not gonna lie this feels like a scam/rug pull on the citizen badge... I got the citizen badge because they said we would get more chances to meet our oshi... but now they say we can use only one ticket per talent... Sorry, but I'm not interested in meet & greets with talents I don't watch... If I can't put my 5 tickets on Lumi... Then there is no point to having 5 raffle tickets...

Phase Citizen will have a few days Then raffle Then Community Then raffle Then normal Final raffle Then the free for all Hence why it's open for multiple weeks... It's 1:1 the way Offkai Expo does it
