これは今こそ日本でもやったらいいんじゃないかな。フランスの法律では、80台以上の駐車スペースがある駐車場は、面積の半分以上を太陽光パネルで覆うことを義務付けている。EVの充電にも回せる。この制度によってフランス国内で10GWの容量追加を見込んでいる。義務付けと補助金のセットでぜひ。
