President Clinton has collected the largest share of his campaign contributions this election season from lawyers and law firms, while the GOP's top presidential fund-raiser, Senate Majority Leader Robert J. Dole (R-Kan.), received three times more from gambling interests than any other candidate.

Those are among the findings of a report on presidential fund-raising by the Center for Responsive Politics, a nonpartisan group that studies the role of money in elections.
