Last November, two Japanese men were arrested for engaging in child sexual abuse in the Laotian village that MOCHIZUKI was promoting to Japanese pedophiles. Other Japanese men with close ties to MOCHIZUKI are said to be doing the same thing, but they have not yet been arrested.
