MOCHIZUKI Taisei, a Japanese man, runs a motorcycle rental shop in Vientiane. He lures Japanese pedophiles by advertising that there are many young and cheap virgins for sale in Laos. He bought a 16-year-old Lao girl from a brothel and exploited her, claiming he was helping her.
