About product sales

Product delivery time

We usually ship within one week after receiving your payment. However, pre-order items will be shipped after they arrive. Also, there may be delays if the item is out of stock or during busy periods. Delivery will be by Sagawa Express.

Handling of defective products

Please be sure to check the product when it arrives. The following products will be exchanged free of charge (or a full refund if they are out of stock). Please return the product to us within 7 days of receiving it.

Since we sell limited items and products with limited sales, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience.
