Fucking hell I did not need to see this.

It's a war subreddit...

I get that, and I understand this sort of content is going to be posted. However, I still did not need to see it.

Nationalism is a cancer. It convinces people to get themselves involved in dumb ass wars like this one and end like this Russian

It’s gotta be unspeakably horrific to make him want to eat that bullet so bad.

Shrapnel wounds and a promise of a other drone

Holy shit… this is depressing.

Super eye opening experience

Mind blowing even.

any more footage before that? we need to know whether a drone disabled him or his comrades. Or the realization that one was hovering over his head compelled him to so unhesitatingly blow his own brain out and prevent any future suffering.

his right foot is fucked up

Holy shi

The other two (or three or four) still squirming and clinging to life is more disturbing to me than the one guy who had enough functions to nope out of the pit of no return. Less orcs on the front. They should all just go home and it ends (in everyone’s mind except trump who blames the victims of an invasion).

Less orcs on the front

Amazing how this dehumanization is just allowed on Reddit, like Russia did something unprecedented by invading a country, something humans have done and still do their whole existence.

If I called Americans or Israelis (especially Israelis) orcs I would be banned before I could even post the comment.

War sucks and invaders shouldn't be invading..and this opinion might be a little controversial because it's empathetic towards Russian troops.... but one of the things that bothers me most is the fact that a lot of these soldiers are a) victims of a powerful state controlled media propaganda campaign and b) people that couldn't say no to a nice enlistment bonus that would maybe change the trajectory of their family. It's just another example of targeting and using the most vulnerable in society for the gain of the elites.

Before getting roasted, I'm Ukrainian American and a member of the US military....I just think it's important to have empathy during war and understand the motivation of your enemy, even if you're getting paid to fight them.

I've seen so many videos like this from this conflict. Makes me wonder if it's been a common thing in wars in the past.

Definitely not as frequent. In other wars there at least was a chance that you might be rescued if you're wounded. The Russians know that noone is going to enter the kill zone to help them and risk getting blown apart by a drone, so they just kill themselves immediately after being injured.

Depends on the war, depends on the country but for some yeah, absolutely.

Don't forget to brush your teeth before you go to bed!

That'll put some hair on your chest

Oh no. The money wasn’t worth it? Anyway.

Jesus please stop that hell...

Where do u get this footage?

Fight to try to save your buddies who are alive but wounded?

Nope, suicide.

The guy in the bottom didnt even flinch.

Not even a second thought like he didn't even hesitate, damn. No god should allow this.
