I think it's impossible to approach this subject without discussing the implications of AI development. The main constraints on AI power are currently hardware, and availability of data. Realistically, the datacenters themselves shouldn't be too difficult to destroy if things got truly terrible, but it's still a worrying trend nonetheless. If you aren't among the owner / managerial class, I'd be worried.
