    That's a very good list. Thank you for sharing it.

    I use SurgeXT and Vital and can confirm that they are both very strong.

    I am going to try some others that I was not aware of from this site.

    Cool - I have a linux box that I wanted to keep around and make useful so I'm diving in to podcasting with it. Hope this list helps.

    Take a drink every time one of the plugins is described as powerful

    TAL Sampler costs 60$ + VAT which in my book does not count as free

    I found the article looking for some free ones for Linux. There are probably some more out there that don't cost anything.

    i just want to add that TAL Sampler is totally worth paying for! :)
