Acer chromebook R752T-C0KX replacement screw size for the back cover
I have had an issue lately with the top screen camera disappearing from some of our R752T-C0KX Chromebooks? I have used the settings to try to correct the issue in various ways and nothing seems to work. These are school computers and it has happened to more than one computer so it is not something the students are doing.

I am trying to find a compatible stylus with pressure sensitivity for my Acer Chromebook Spin 511 (model R753T). I am not very familiar with the technical details, so my own research has been inconclusive regarding the supported active stylus protocol. Could anyone please confirm which standard this model uses, such as USI (Universal Stylus Initiative), AES (Active Electrostatic), or another? Furthermore, any specific model recommendations that guarantee pressure sensitivity and functionality would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if any additional information from my side is needed to help identify the correct Chromebook model. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, We recently deployed a few hundred Acer Spin 511 Chromebooks to students within our district. Within a week, a very large portion of the Chromebooks have found their way back to the tech office with the same issue, the Chromebook will not power on when the power button is pushed, even though the machine was charged fully. Plugging the Chromebook into a charger allows it to be booted normally and can then be unplugged/used without issues for the rest of the day. How can we mitigate this issue so that students aren't forced to plug in their Chromebooks every morning in order to boot it? We bought 500 Acer Spin 511 Chromebooks Model N20Q10 this summer. We've gotten about 30 "returns" from the school saying the CBs aren't charging even when plugged in over night and with different chargers. We usually plug them in here in the shop and they charge fine immediately. Occasionally we have to powerwash them first but usually they just start charging. This is affecting multiple teachers and classrooms - it's not "user error" but it does waste LOTS of time. Any tips? We've tried multiple chargers, we've checked USB-C ports for damage. Batteries are all brand new in brand new chromebooks. Typical battery health is 97%, 3 or 4 cycles at most and all pass charge/discharge tests. [Edited the thread to add issue detail]
