Their response to the claim that the Paraclete is sent by Jesus, and their response to who "you" are is very confused.
Apparently they straight up forgot about John 15:26-27. The text directly says that Jesus will send the Paraclete from the Father.
They fail to respond to the objection that the group ("you") that the Paraclete will be sent to is Jesus' disciples and the immediate early church, and not some community 600 years later.

Also, who is "you" that was with Jesus from the beginning in v.27? Obviously the disciples. So, the Paraclete is sent to the disciples, not to a group of people 600 years later.
From what I am aware, Windisch did not argue that the paraclete was a mere human prophet. Rather, he thought it was an "angel in human form or as a prophet". So basically a heavenly entity that comes down and performs some prophetic roles.
Their claim that 'allos' must mean "another of the same kind" is a bit confusing. I'm currently looking at the BDAG and that premise appears very dubious and unjustified. Here is the relevant section.
