Here we have 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐳𝐚 𝐘𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐟 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐧, a Ṣūfī Ash'arī - rather from their leaders in the West - openly declaring that the Qur'ān is 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥, it isn't the Speech of Allāh - rather, a "form" of it's meanings.
This is against the CONSENSUS of Ahlus-Sunnah. 
He also says the Quran is “Qadīm” eternal which is an innovation.
