I've got a response to my email! Here is what it said:

Hello [my name],

Nineapple was a trademark I applied for around 1997. The Apple Computer Company of California unsuccessfully attempted to prevent me registering it in 1998. I was using it as a fundraising character for the Royal Flying Doctor Service, then for the Multiple Handicapped Association of Queensland and for The Daniel Morcombe Association from 2009. 

The foundation is working on a movie called "WhereisDanielMovie" and offered to include fundraising helpers in the movie. I have been authorised by Daniel's parents to arrange projects for their causes. I have more sites than I can remember, but mostly focussing on Missing Kids. My latest site is www.policecircus.com 

Most of my sites are not promoted and I use them for future reference in my endeavour to produce a movie "MISSING FIGURES"

William Tyrell is still missing from New South Wales, not Queensland and they need all the attention they can get to continue their search. It took 10 years to find Daniel.

My sites have been around since 1998. and only now am I receiving my first enquiries. You are one of 6 enquiries recently... will answer more if required.

So that's it I guess. Nothing sinister behind it at all. He actually seems like a great guy to be honest. But I haven't asked about the content of the site, but he seems quite responsive. Should I ask him some more questions?

I have also been emailing with him back and forth and actually told him about his intrigue on reddit. This was his response:

I have just gone through the Reddit Investigation Bureau circus on Nineapple Pineapple and Mrs Noughtfear. Very interesting, but I see them as being the abusers because they are the ones portraying children in their warped imaginations and egging each other on with their fantasies, stirring up people who could set out to harm children.

In other words it is their own voyeuristic approach playing amateur detectives when we have professionals to deal with such.

There are no complaints from the people they have posted my photos of. There has been no-one popping round to see me. The police know what I do. They are not investigating me. I am a retired youth and disability support worker dealing with kids on ice, suicidal, depressed, missing etc. The police have handed me kids to help them because I know my job and i have a good track record dealing with kids welfare since 1982 in Queensland.

Those are strong words of him. I think that he might seem like an odd sort on the surface, but it is very apparent that he is passionate about what he is doing. I think that one should either let him be or help him. And I actually really want to help him (like putting up a fundraiser for his film project as he seemed very convinced that it will leave it's impact on this world; sadly I am quite stupid with stuff like this). For me he is an outsider artist with exceptional dedication for all his causes, and a man with a great heart.

He has also talked to me about his story being on tv. To me personally I believe that we should leave him alone. He seems happy with his life now and with what he’s done with his life. He told me that people have said they would “hunt him down” which he is not afraid of. However maybe there are some crazies out there that could really bother him and cause him trouble. In my eyes it would be best to let him do as he was before this attention at least for his safety. Although with all this attention I think he is enjoying it a little bit. I guess we’ll see. I have warned him about people with bad intentions to him and he seems to know the risk and isn’t worried or doesn’t care. We have been talking for a while now and we’ve developed a bit of a friendship. I would just like to see the best for him and internet tough guys will always mess with people they perceive as weak.

Wow this is honestly beautiful. Out of all this drama he at least got a friend.

But I think that attention in itself can be helpful for his cause. But people should rather treat him as a person with visions and stories to tell and not as an oddity that needs to be investigated. Also he said that I was the first person in 25 years to offer help, which is really saddening honestly.

I would really like to tell his story and support him but I don't know the places for it (yet). Just as a little 'thank you' that he actually responded to me and just for his life's work in general.

Haha it honesty is kind of heart warming. He asks me for my opinions on my favorite of his websites and asks for ideas on things to add and stuff like that. But yes I wholeheartedly agree. He is a very kind human being with a strong dedication to helping others. He is not the sideshow that people are making him out to be and it’s sad that people see him in that way but I (and him actually) know that his beauty can rise above any hate and speculation.

P.s. he just emailed me saying “it’s 1am here. Bedtime, goodnight!” And it just about melted my heart

I'm happy to put the whole thing to bed that there was nothing nefarious going on, it's just striking how lucid and coherent he comes across in those emails, while his websites are, well, neither of those things

He’s mentioned to me a few times that “the websites are my therapy.” He never meant for them to be viewed by anyone but this all just sort of happened lol. He’s fine with it tho. He’s happy all the hype is over. As of yesterday he told me he had 50,000 views on one of his sites. Crazy stuff

Am i crazy for just not believing him? The contents of his websites are just nonsense. Clearly schizophrenic and insane. It would be one thing if it were "art" or some sort of arg, but he is claiming that it is reference for a movie? Or is somehow related to real investigation into missing children? Im sorry but there is next to nothing related to actual information about missing children. There is nothing educational or investigatory about these websites, and if he is really planning on making a movie about these children based off of what is on these websites, the movie in question will do absolutely nothing to help any kind of investigation. Either this guy is just crazy, or there is some sort of alternate purpose for the websites.

Yah I definitely see that! Though from the very little I understand, apparently it's related to some kidnappings in New Zealand? Idk though I'm kinda confused about the whole thing. Plus it's like a rabbit hole where each link just takes you to 10 other links so idk

just searched it up suuuper confusing i did research on the name i thought popped up most “daniel morcombe” he was a 7 yr old boy who got kidnapped from a bus stop and murdered by a mr.cowan something about boiling water came up lots of different bits and pieces i have absolutely no idea what ive stumbled upon with this one. update me if you guys pick up any addition info!!

    Umm I don't really know how to explain it? The website is like a word vomit of randomness that is also maybe related to kidnappings in New Zealand? It also has multiple other links to similar but different websites, and as such is almost a rabbit hole of sorts. I would say it's not necessarily scary but instead just unnerving and weird.

      Did a whois lookup on the site. The IP apparently is from Utah, so I highly doubt that the creator was involved in the kidnapping in Australia

          Has anyone been able to talk to this person since 6 years ago and with ghislaine’s name in the mix of this and other things that are with the Epstein files? Just curious because obviously we all don’t want any children hurt 😢 Also after they posted about this not too long ago the wereisdaniel movie link or one of the links was taken down. I dk why or what’s going on and there is another subreddit asking questions about all of this
