IPの帰属と運営のあり方はトレードオフの関係にあって、”タレント・ファースト“を掲げたVshojoは崩壊した今、どちらが優れているかは一概には言えない。IPをタレントが保持していても、事務所と合意のうえで利益を分け合う契約は可能で、協力関係は十分に成立する。防衛的主張にしか見えないな。

これでもしIPを会社が持っていたら、「未払い分を返還するためにも今後は収益配分を○:○にします！」って勝手に収益配分減らされてタレントはIP失いたくないので文句も言えずに、問題も表に出ずに何事もなかったかのように動いてたと思うし、そんなところたくさんあると思います、

Senzawa名義に戻らず、新たなIPとして転生したのは、おそらく前・前世における破天荒なイメージを払拭し、がうるぐらとして築いたクリーンなブランドを引き継ぎたいからなのだろう。とはいえ、知れ渡っている過去の言動を修正・否定するような行為には、どこか後ろめたい理由があるのだろうか。
