Sew On Badge Question
I have seen people wearing sew-on skill badges that look quite nice with good detail, well sewn, and almost a shine to actual badge part. Mine do not look that way. I have looked at clothing sales but the ones there look just as poor as mine. I have looked online at Vanguard, Ira Green, and a couple other sites but they do not appear to be any higher quality either.
Is there some higher quality manufacture of sew on badges or do I just need to sift through the ones at clothing sales and hope I find a good batch?

Why not sew on your name, service, and rank while wearing the actual pin on badge (like the mArInEs)? I do and it think it looks so much better.
Yes, it’s authorized. DA PAM 670-1 has been updated, boomers.
I actually did not know that, hmmm pinned jump wings with sewn tapes would look good
Weird flex
Right? I mean, I have one shiny, one dull, one upside down, and one glittery. This guy is overthinking it.
EOD badge is a participation trophy.
Don't @ me
Found the 12B, guys.
Hey they are practically EOD.

Last two, yes. Not everyone with a space badge is FA 40,
Some people dont get the aviation wings automatically.....my 48hrs took a minute!
I agree, the blue cord is also a participation trophy.
I mean aren't they all?
But I won't argue EOD specifically either.
Still not happy you got reclassed to 68R after failing out of Phase 1?
I've always been a whiskey. I will say I did try to go EOD after watching the Hurt Locker but I'm colorblind.
Anyways, it was a joke. Shouldn't take it too hard.
