الطريقة التي استخدمتها في الاول بعد الصابون هذا يسمى الحمام المغربي اذ نضع صابونا مصنوع من بقايا عصر الزيتون الطبيعي، و نجلس في غرفة بخارية شبيهة بالصونا و بعد 15 دقيقة نغسل الصابون و نبدا بفرك الجسم بالليفة المغربي و هي شبيهة بالشيء الاخضر المستعمل في الفيديو لكن بحجم اكبر قليلا بحركات دائرية و لن اقول كم الاوساخ و السموم الذي يخرج من الجسم هههه. نعتمد هذا الحمام اسبوعيا في المغرب و توجد عندنا حمامات شعبة خارج المنازل لان درجة الحرارة المعتمدة لهذا الطقس تكون خاصة لذلك نذهب الى الاماكن التي تسمى الحمامات الشعبة . و عن ثمن هذه الحمامات لو كنت ستستجمين بمفردك دون مساعدة فالثمن هو ما بين دولار واحد الى 2 دولار . و اذا كانت ستساعدك السيدات المشرفات هناك فثمن هو 5 دولار . ملاحظة : هذه الحمامات الشعبية تحترم الخصوصية بالنسبة للجنسين اي في كل حمام شعبي هناك قسم للنساء و قسم للرجال منفرد . و يمنع الاختلاط حتى في مقدمي الخدمات
