Kathy and I just stopped by Dick Durette’s place to drop off the New Hampshire Union Leader so he’d have a copy of the story I wrote about him turning 109 years old. We had a wonderful visit.

He told us that some relative he never knew from Goffstown saw the story and decided to come and meet him this morning. They had a great chat.

Dick also enjoyed watching my Grounded in Granite podcast interview with him. While we were visiting, another resident at the senior housing complex who’s 95 stopped by to say hello. She had also watched my podcast and said she has watched many of my episodes. “I’m always on YouTube,” she said.
