The following form is intended to help me screen individuals who wish to attend this party. I will be tied up, blindfolded and presented for the whole party to use! Priority will be given to people I know of or who I am friends with. I’ll be making final decisions on applicants closer to EF30! I’ve been going over the list and I’m adding friends early. If you don’t get picked, it’s most likely because we hit our head count cap.
