Ernestine Berry lived to be 111 years. She passed 2-11-26. Ernestine worked as a domestic for our family about every 2 weeks when we lived in Queens. she was a warm loving force and her smile could melt ice. She and her husband BB and their son George were a part of our family. I always loved the fact that in her early years in Los Angeles she worked for actress Joan Blondell - as her upstairs maid. RIP dear Ernestine - gentle soul and mother courage.
