我在提出这个问题的时候已经猜想到在英文语境下没有这个词，找了很多资料本来想用Asian baby girl来指代这个词的，但是感觉不是很贴切，十分谢谢您的回答。When I asked this question I have already guessed that there was no such word in the English context. I searched a lot of materials and going
