The team is actively removing many bans that were flagged due to rapid leveling. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, these systems are in place to protect you from hackers and exploiters who level accounts quickly to scam, and other reasons.
If you’re banned, you can still email Support@RoyaleHigh.com as usual, but your issue may be resolved within a few days by tech devs before support.
We also recommend not opening tens of thousands of eggs at once (even though we know it’s tempting 
). Try opening them in waves instead.
We are also onboarding more staff to improve wait times!
