You need FusiFix! 

you make a .bat file in the same folder as the exe and your .xdd model you want to convert

 

as for textures you need the console texture editor becuase it doesnt convert xtds (ignore how i put xtd in that screenshot its supposed to be xdd LMFAO)

 

alll shaders export super broken so you have to slowly fix them manually :') which is what ill be doing today

The data in the common folder is actually missing. I can't even figure out what that folder should contain because there don't seem to be any entries. RIP...

You can't open them directly, i converted them with FusiFix converter

The build, when initialized, has an animation that changes from "White" to this color. It stays like that. Perhaps the xbox360.rpf retail and the common retail folder aren't sufficient. In this version, the movies folder is in the root directory instead of the xbox360 folder. I didn't find anything in the devkit because it no longer exists.

How do you convert .xdr? I get an error and these files when I try to convert this.

Its openformats! you drag and drop the .odr into openiv silly   shaders will prob be broken and have to be manually fixed
