Might be a bit late but we have various stuff we maybe want to push in 3.24. As part of TSC's resposibilities, this should be handeled by the TSC.

I think #101 would also make sense to include, especially if GCC 16 is approved.

It is getting too late in the Alpine 3.24 iteration to move to GCC 16. My current expectation is that GCC 16 won't branch until mid-April at the earliest.
