Lenore “Gundy” Costello has been a trailblazer for Girl Scouting in West Central Florida for nearly eight decades. As the first Executive Director of Girl Scouts Heart of Florida (now part of Girl Scouts of West Central Florida), the founder of Camp Wildwood, and the oldest active Girl Scout in the country, Gundy’s impact is immeasurable.

. Our girl Scout troop was Troop # 43 from Bartow we helped work in Camp Wildwood in the '60s to get it ready. We all graduated in 1965.
