The operating temperature of this product is 0-40 degrees Celsius.The temperature may rise during use of the product, but this is not an abnormality.

4.What do I do if the Ethernet can't connect successfully?

Please update your device operating system.

5.Why the wireless mouse is poorly connected through this product?

Slow input response for mouse and keyboard is because USB 3.0 performs data transfer at 2.5GHz and affects the 2.4GHz range.We recommend connecting your mouse or keyboard to a USB 2.0 port.

6.Does this product interfere with Wi-Fi when using the USB port?

As with the fifth, USB 3.0 transmits data at 2.5 GHz, so please use 5 GHz Wi-Fi as much as possible.If you are using 2.4GHz standard, please keep this product a little distance from your Wi-Fi device.

MBP M3 Pro@14インチモデルにて給電・転送・HDMI接続ともに安定しています。 USBポートに変な排他制御が入っていませんし、4K@60Hz x 2で外部モニタ接続できています。 お手頃価格でUSB-C@10Gbps / Type-A@10Gbps 接続できるハブをずっと探し求めていましたが、私が欲しかったのは当にこの商品でした！

    macbookproを自宅で使用する際に、いくつかのUSB接続機器をつなげて2画面出力するために購入しました。
    2画面出力はできました。特に問題はなさそうです。
    ただし、バスパワー接続のUSB接続機器（RODE STREAM X）を接続したところ画面出力が切れてしまい、かつ、STREAM Xの電源も入りませんでした。
    STREAM Xを別で電源につないだら解消しましたので、電力不足だと思います。
    それ以外は特に問題なく使えていて、完璧ではありませんが、とりあえず値段からすれば満足しています。

    追記。
    本体裏のPD給電ポートにSTREAM Xの電源をつないだらどうなるのかを試してみたら、
    先にPD給電に接続してSTREAMXが起動してからUSB3.1接続すると使えました。給電を後にすると使えません。
    電力は足りているけど、内部での配分がうまくいっていないということなのでしょうか。よくわかりませんが。

    さらに追記　☆4→☆5
    2画面出力のモニターでうまく出力されないモニターがあり、問い合わせたところ新しいものを送ってくれました。
    その後問題は起きていません。かなりしっかりと対応してくれる印象です。

    MacBook専用とありますが、通信用で普通のCケーブル(3.0)2本と、電源が取れればWindowsでも使用出来ました。

    付属のケーブルはポートの幅が固定されてしまっており、これを使用した際はMacBookでしか使用できないということになります。

    USBポートが2つ付いているWindowsノートPCを使用していますが、そのまま充電もされていました。
    ただ、やはりMacBook専用なので、推奨環境で使うことをオススメします。

    使用して１か月経たないタイミングで”バグが発生”．．．。多大なデータの引越しをしようと大容量SSDをつないでデータ移動をしようとしたが、途中で接続が切れ、その後何度も”外付け機器の接続で出てくる”接続しますか？”のコメント”が継続的に出てきて、最終的には再起動して通常通りの接続状態にもどった。その後、大容量SSDをつないでから、あらためてデータ移動をしようとしたが、やはり同じような症状で何度も接続が切れた。電力不足が原因なのか？不明ですが、この機器にはACアダプターを付属として付けてもらわないと負荷が大きい処理には耐えられない？厳しいのでは？と思っております。かなりよい機器だったので、とても残念です・・・。☆マイナス２
