    エニタイムでベンチプレスをするなら必須です。劇的にラックアップが楽になります。ラックアップで力を使ってしまうと押せる重量が下がってしまいます。全くの初心者には効果を実感できないかもしれません。バーベルをかなり激しく戻してしまうとまれに外れることがありますが、そもそもうるさくて迷惑になるので優しくバーベルは戻しましょう。限界の時はしょうがないですが。

    他の方も書いているように基本的にはラックアップが楽になります。
    エニタイムでは問題なく使えました。
    主にスクワット、ベンチプレス時に使用していますが、ラックの爪が長くて引っかかるというトラブルは無くなり、挙上しやすくなりました。
    ただラックに置く際の衝撃でが強いと動いてしまったり、ズレてしまうことがあるのでその点は注意しましょう。

    エニタイムを利用しているんですが、よく行く店舗はハンマーストレングスではなくPrecor（プリコー）なので、使えるか心配でしたが無事利用できました。

    ピッタリとフィットはしないものの、変な風に使わなければ問題なくラックアウトできたので、非常に満足しています。
    今のところ、Precorのパワーラックからバーが落ちてきた、みたいな事故にも見舞われていないので、基本的には問題ないかなと思います（あくまで自己責任で）。

    プラスチック製なので使っていると結構キズが付いてきます。
    それはそれで味が出てきそうですが、綺麗に使いたいって人はご注意を。
