The Manitoba Museum has cancelled a planned “Yuri’s Night” event following community feedback, saying the move reflects its commitment to listen and respond to concerns raised by the public.

In a statement posted online, the museum apologized for any harm caused by promoting the event and confirmed it would not go ahead after reviewing responses from the community.
