January 14th, 2026: One day before I have to pretend to be a teacher. I woke up at 6:30am but only got out of bed at 7:00am to buy cereal at the convenience store. I got back in time to eat it and get dressed in my olive green long-sleeved button-up and black dress pants. I took the much more expensive bus to work, and by much more expensive I mean it nearly went up by a dollar in cost at the start of the year with no actual benefits. I got in and got on the clock. The start of the day was mostly uneventful until I was called over by one guy to help him move stuff over to his new desk because Zach A wanted more room for volunteers to work for free. While I was helping him plug in a monitor with a cable extended to its limits to the charging port, Wun Wun asked me for help with his monitor not detecting so I worked on that, but then the Afghani lady asked me to help her with her password not working or something. I reset it for her and during that, Staples waved to me and I thought she wanted more help but she didn’t. I went back to my desk and then stayed there for a while, noticing that I had a similar outfit to Edgar but reversed. He was wearing olive green dress pants and a black long-sleeved button-up. The older Ukrainian woman had met with a client. Later the Ukrainian man came over to ask Edgar what the name was for a tea strainer he had in the English language. I talked about going to Ireland from August 2nd, 2017 to August 16th, 2017 and having tea using a tea strainer instead of a teabag. I continued pretending to program when the Indian lady called me over to help her format her resume. It was 2 pages, technically one front and back. There was some formatting issues like an unnecessary spaces, inconsistent spacing between lines, and the times alternating between being italicized or not. I corrected that all and noticed her languages spoken were English, Hindu, and Punjabi, I asked if she was from there and she said yes, I asked where specifically and to write it on a sticky note, she just said that she was from Chandigarh in the Punjab half. Her true birth place was “The steel city of Asia” and I found out it’s Mandi Gobindgarh. I asked her and I got it correct. At 12:30pm. I went over to get pizza. I got back after eating a slice of the greek freak and then went back to continue working. Zach A had me help work on some spreadsheet work. My final task for the day was to help a guy with setting up his computer to work with his older Surface Pro and plugging in a USB-C cable to the monitors, a USB-C set of headphones, and a USB mouse. I could only plug the cable into the main USB-C port and not use the USB to a bunch of ports extender. I ended up having to use 2 USB-C to USB extenders to get it to work. My mom texted me if I could come home this weekend so we could go up to Superior but I told her that I already had plans. I left at 4:00pm and got home on the bus. Dinner was leftover fettuccine and I took the bus to Eucharistic adoration. I got in there 25 minutes and waited for the confession line to move. I confessed to giving into the sin of lust (masturbation) and the unknown priest told me that my sin was born out of a desire for connection which was corrupted into the sin. My penance was to pray an Our Father asking God to show me what that source was and how I could fix it. I sat in prayer for most of the time just aware that there was nothing I could do to truly fix my lot in life, all it did was depend on the non-existent goodwill of others who refuse to let me live life as a human, I worried that they deserve to hate me because I post about them online for few to be interested in on my diary/blog, but they don’t know that, stopping posting all together would do nothing to quell their disgust, before I started this blog, people treated me the same as in high school but when I went to college and lived in the same building as them, they actually invited me out, but as soon as the proximity faded, they stopped, their hatred for me showed. I still think of Punk’s friend betraying me when I asked her to take 15 seconds out of her life to text Punk, she failed that one thing for me like an incompetent bureaucrat one bread price shitoko away from their rightful public flogging. Nothing truly changes for me nor ever will. I prayed the rosary to clear my mind and then went to reading the copy of Saint Augustine’s confessions I had. Some people I noticed here were Sideburns, Sideburns’ cousin and her boyfriend, Sideburns’ Asian friend, Marie, Nikki and her boyfriend, Rose and her boyfriend, Quinci (Elizabeth moved away), Chagal, Sixes’ friend sitting with Kaufman, Table #2 girl, Nicodemus, Pethuel, Nash, and some others I forgot about. This fat lady who lived near me I saw near Christmas sat 2 pews behind me and I borrowed her pen to correct all instances of CE in the book to AD. I gave it back and then hung around for mass. I got the Eucharistic and there were 3 priests for 2 acolytes. I got to the social downstairs and saw people coming. I was hanging out with Sideburns’ Asian friend, Nicodemus, and Pethuel mostly. Pethuel told us that he was from Michigan, I asked where exactly and he said just outside of Traverse City, meaning he was born at some hospital in the city. He told us he’s 31 and he mentioned his two brother in the military, he said one’s in Italy, while talking about his brother that was let go (not the one in Italy) I mentioned he was in Alaska. Pethuel praised my good memory and said I could be an accountant, Nicodemus asked me my major and I said computer science, Nicodemus told me Magdalus was originally one and he became a missionary. Quinci went over to me after I waved to her and talked with her about stuff. I told her friend that there were 2 dances, one this week and one the next week, I sent her both the fliers on GroupMe but she didn’t reply. I rushed to my bus stop in the cold and when I got on I saw Mercurius’ girlfriend was on the bus, I noticed she was in a corner the whole time, she never saw me but I guessed it was because of the real woman on the bus. I got off and then walked home to take a shower and go to sleep.
