No, it never was, you don't know the perspective of how insulting this is as an artist.
1. I contacted spocto on 3 different occasions, under good faith. I'm not abusing power and I never would use such force unless necessary. spocto pushed me to that point by silencing me completely, even after I warned him of an Legal DMCA response.
2. spocto has a bad reputation of exploiting music artist's works, his own discord members have complained and said it themselves, they wanted justification of the repeated, prolong exploitation of music artist's material.
3. i did a LOT of people a favor, stop glazing the developer only because you enjoyed the game, look at the bigger picture, it's extremely selfish, yet again I did not want to take this to such measures however spocto has absolutely disrespected my art and so many others, and I have friends who have told me similar stories.
Whatever spocto does to recover his game is out of my interest, however If he's going to reinstate the game it better not include my works (that includes my music, my co-signed artworks, my mascots, my brand, my name, my likeness), and any other artist who's underwent any similar run-ins like what i've experienced.
If he persists to make the stubborn act of refusing to remove songs that are out of contract the same thing will happen to him again, and potentially he could lose his roblox account, not worth the risk.
