When it’s completed, I’ll post it publicly. It’s a long one, so it’ll probably be a little while. I’ll also have to upload it in parts here.

While trying to survive another adventure, Jax and Pomni get a bit closer in an unexpected way, and Pomni discovers Jax has an issue with compliments for some reason.
This comic is a big one lol. Makes sense since it’s also a pretty self indulgent one lol. I hope everyone else likes it. I also hope this idea still works after today’s episode. XD
The first 12 panels are up on my Patreon if anyone is interested in reading it early as I work on it. I’ll do my best to update it daily or every other day. ^^

I was inspired by @absolutedream-art’s crossover between Tadc and Totk (I included Botw as well)
I’d love to draw more of this crossover, I’ve got some ideas in mind but let’s hope episode 8 doesn’t push itself at the forefront of my mind lol

I saw @absolutedream-art’s TOTK art and my autism went off because thats my favorite game & show crossed over like WHAT?? So I’m contributing with Riju Ragatha!
I was gonna render this better, ive had it like this for a week but i’ve just accepted Im not gonna finish itYeessss, I had the same idea, Ragatha as Riju is so good! XD I absolutely adore this design!

Mega inspired by @absolutedream-art ‘s recent tears of the kingdom x tadc crossover fan art! I’m a huge Zelda fan so I can’t believe I haven’t done this yet.
Anyway here’s Zonai Jax (mostly accurate… zonai don’t have rabbit feet but oh well…) and Hylian Pomni. I’m REALLY normal about pomni with a sword I swear
Duuude, I love this so much! I love the idea of Zonai Jax and Hylian Pomni. Give Pomni a sword, she deserves it.

hi!! Luv ur art, random request: do u think jax, Pomni and ragatha would go on separate adventures? Leaving gangle, zooble and kinger by themselves on their own adventure
Haha, Ragatha, Jax, and Pomni stuck together would be a bit tense, but a great opportunity for some character development!… or it could get worse between them. Poor Pomni just stuck in the middle.
Meanwhile, Gangle, Zooble and Kinger would be hilarious I think. But it could also add a wholesome moment between the three of them if they happen to catch Kinger in the dark.

Jax likes stars. Yeah or nah?

Hard to say. He doesn’t seem to mind chilling out and just looking among the stars, but it doesn’t seem he’s too enamoured with them. But I do also like how he has those glowing sticker stars on the ceiling of his room. Who knows, maybe he does like star gazing but thinks of it as a past-time that he shouldn’t be interested in so he pretends he’s not.
I can’t help but imagine that Pomni is interested in the stars. Now I’m imagining Jax always disliked the glowing stars on his ceiling until Pomni came along, now they remind him of her a bit.
Okay, now I got another more sad idea that Ribbit was the one that loved the stars and constantly dragged Jax to go stargazing, so the stars in Jax’s room constantly remind him of her.
I’m gonna stop here, otherwise I’m not gonna shut up. It’s brewing up another comic idea lol.

Depends on the length. It can take roughly 30 hours I think to draw a comic.
The next one I’m working on is the longest one yet (219 panels), so it’s probably going to take longer. XD

Since you said your comics have their own timeline/continuity, is it possible for Jax to go through some sort of redemption arc as he gets closer to Pomni? Whether he does or not, I'm excited to see what else you cook up. You're an amazing artist and writer and I hope you enjoy making Funnybunny content as much as I and many others enjoy reading it.

I’m a HUGE sucker for redemption arcs, so yes, probably. XD I would love to explore the idea of Jax actually being on good terms with everyone.

lol in a way. The events in the slumber party comic may be referenced in a future comic.
The way I’m trying to do the comics now is so that you don’t necessarily need to read them in order, and you can enjoy them individually. So there may not be direct sequels to comics, but there may be references to past comics. We’ll see how that goes though. XD

When you make you're comics about tadc what topic do you head for the most or is it just random?
Mostly random. I have a long list of little ideas I would like to explore or expand on. Some ideas get developed over time, some of them gather dust lol. So usually I have several ideas on the go at once, and whichever get’s developed first is the next comic.

The original ending for the Hot Chocolate Comic was a lot more light-hearted. Jax essentially breaks the ‘hot chocolate curse’ by unintentionally doing something nice, which was catch Gangle’s happy mask before it broke. Jax reached out on instinct because at this point he assumed it was his mug that was falling, lol.

Is this a tribute to one of your comics? Where did you originally get the idea of a hot chocolate? This was shown in the teaser to ep 8
Haha, I got a few messages about the hot chocolate. No, it has nothing to do with my comics. Just very good timing. I happened to be writing a hot chocolate comic (because I wanted to do a winter themed comic) when the teaser for the last episode came out and showed the polaroid of Jax, Ribbit, and Kaufmo holding hot chocolate so I rewrote the comic to incorporate it.

Hey! I noticed that all your comics are pretty « chill » ( except maybe the poisoned jax comic lol ) but I was wondering if all of yours futur comics are going to be chill or if there’s going to have like « angst » or something not really common?

Haha, I do like some angst every once in a while, so there may be some in the future. I’m also kind of waiting on more info before getting into angsty ideas. Though I think most comics will usually be on the more ‘chill’ side.

Yep I always write them out first. Once I’m happy with the write up, I plan out each panel and how I want them to look. Then I do rough thumbnails for each panel and if something doesn’t work out, I go back and rewrite a little bit. Once I’m happy with that, then I sketch them out, then clean them up.

I have a question about the latest one: how did Jax and Pomni pass notes to each other? Because in some panels you can see Jax at Pomni's door, and in others it looks like he was in his room when Pomni sent them back. Were they going in and out of their rooms every time they wrote something? I also think it’s pretty funny to imagine that, since their rooms face each other, they might have just shoved the letters from their rooms hard enough for them to reach the other’s room lol.

They were always waiting for the other’s response in their own rooms so they wouldn’t accidentally run into each other, lol. I think in a way, Jax understood Pomni wasn’t up for talking to anyone face to face.
Though it seems their responses were coming quickly between each other, a good amount of time was passing between each response.

I don’t have any real predictions, but I’m hoping we’ll finally see/learn some more of the character’s pasts and how and why they ended up in the circus. Hopefully learn about Kinger and find out what he knows about the circus and possibly what abstraction really is. Maybe learn some more about previously abstracted characters like Scratch.

I really like that detail you added where Jax taps his feet in the tv comic whilst pomni is having a panic attack
Really cool way to show that he cares trough actions rather than words !!
That’s one of my favourite ways to add to the characters, haha. I love adding things in the comics that may not be too noticeable on first glance, but holds some meaning behind it.
Another detail I don’t think anyone mentioned (It’s a bit difficult to notice to be fair), in the Slumber Party comic when Jax buried Pomni in pillows, Jax had also gotten Pomni’s blanket and put it on the couch with them. Of course, he ‘doesn’t care’ to actually cover her with it, and he didn’t want to use it himself, so it’s just… there.

I've followed you since your days on deviantart, and have enjoyed your comics and animations of Undertale and Pokemon for ages, even past leaving the fandoms, just for the storytelling and the style. I was immensely excited to see your works in the TADC fandom, and I always go back to reread my favourite comics when I have low days.
