Hey everybody, it’s been a while and my dailymotion is not working and I’m trying to watch a series but it’s says “error” or “not found” if anyone knows a substitute for it it would be helpful 🫰🏽

for a while now it has been like impossible for me to watch any reelshort, mydrama etc. on dailymotion. every time i look up the name of a show, the only thing that pops up is random videos or shows that have the title in the name but as soon as you click on it it’s something completely different.

is that just a me problem or do all the posts of the actual full episodes get taken down?

I’ve tried resetting my feed settings, turning off a vpn which was only set to another US state anyway, and made a brand new account. None of that matters. I get French video recommendations, Asian video recommendations, nothing related to the two Doctor Who channels I follow, nothing related to any type of sci fi geekdom or techie stuff like I normally watch either.

Is DM just a terrible site these days?

Is this happening to anyone else? There is a still image while the video plays. Sometimes you can see movement behind the edges of the photo. Sometimes if you skip ahead until a commercial plays it resolves but not always. This happens to probably 90% of the videos I’ve watched lately.

Hey yall, I've been trying to watch "The bad boy wants me", I've started watching on candy jar and I am desperate to finish so badly so if anyone knows an alternative or where can I watch it that would be appreciated !

Is it just me or does everyone else struggle? Every time an ad plays it restarts the entire video back to the beginning. Is there a way to get this to stop happening? I’d like to just sit and watch the show, not have to spend twice as long scrolling back to where I was every 90 seconds.

Hi! Does anyone know where we can watch old episodes of Will and Sonny from DOOL? There used to be a YouTube channel who posted all of their early scenes however it’s now gone down. If anyone knows anywhere please let me know as would love to rewatch from start to finish!

I am pulling my hair out and can't seem to find a good way of watching DailyMotion on my smart TV.

I have never used DailyMotion before, but I am trying to find a way to watch a TV series called Blossoms Shanghai and I am in the USA. It is not on the streaming platforms I subscribe to (Prime, Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV) but I found them on DailyMotion.

So I am trying to find a way to watch it on my 65" Smart TV. I installed the DailyMotion TV app on there and used the search option by typing in "Blossoms Shanghai" and it showed only episode 01 plus a bunch of similarly named videos.

I than switched and installed the DailyMotion app on my phone (Android 16) and I do not see a way to cast the video onto the TV, doing an online search it seems to suggest that this casting option is no longer available.

However, doing the same search on the mobile app showed most of the episodes available. Hmmm, why are searches on the smart TV app and the Android app end up with different results? So I created a new account on DailyMotion, and added all the episodes into a playlist. I than went back to the smart TV DailyMotion app thinking I can log into my account from there and play off the playlist, only I couldn't find a way to even log in...and doing an online search I think there may not be a way to log in.

What am I missing?

Dailymotion is supposed to support 360° video playback, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

For example this one:

It plays as a regular flat video in both Firefox and Chrome. Likewise, none of my own 360° videos seem to play right either.

Am I doing something wrong or is it broken?

Has anyone else had an issue recently of videos just freezing at the end of adds and having to refresh every time? Any fixes for it?

It's been a while since I couldn't sign in to my account on the TV app. Does everybody experience the same. Will they fix it?

Where you go to watch never ending ads for products you are going to for sure NEVER EVER buy because they think you nees to watch 3 hours worth of ads to watch 30 minutes worth of video!

YouTube allows playing all uploads of a channel in a playlist, and also allows searching through videos of a specific channel.

The latter is already possible through the Dailymotion API, but I suggest making it possible through the channel page itself for convenience.

DM's video players have changed. They are narrow in mobile style. It's really annoying to watch videos on PC because of the size of the video player, it also makes the subtitles very small. I can put it in full screen but the video starts to slow down, I don't know why. Is this a new DM mode or can it be fixed?

Ive used daily motion for awhile and up until today its been working fine but today I tried to use it and it just kept saying its not responding and messes up my whole laptop and made it freeze. Does anyone have any ideas of why this is happening?
