絕唱會人會沒要看和聖遺物的適性，適性越低反噬越嚴重。奏是在適性最低（因為不是最佳適應性奏者，而且同步用藥劑效力也到極限）的情況下用絕唱，便因為能量反噬導致身亡，即使作為天羽羽斬的高適性奏者風嗚翼第一次用絕唱都要七孔流血要留醫
即使到後期因為應用上鍊金術令絕唱的反噬效果減低了，但三色團子因為都是用藥關係，一但用絕唱，表面即使看似沒事也會被要求留醫觀察
