my interpretation of the original recording is that theres a chorus effect 1 octave above the voice and then a seperate base vocal. There's also an echo filter, maybe reverb too. Here's me isolating the lower frequencies.
And IMHO youre hurting your recording with the identity masking filter. And you need to project your voice more.
