PCIJ called two helpers: Center for Media Freedom & Responsibility (CMFR) and Reporters Without Borders (RWB). Look at what I found online. The three have ONE COMMON CONTRIBUTOR-NED. This finding explains everything.

PCIJ is still yet to answer straight to the soul searching questions:

Has PCIJ received any funding and support from NED, whose mission and track record include interfering in the domestic affairs of other countries? Why does PCIJ not disclose its funding in full as some advocates transparency?

Since public records show PCIJ received funding from NED how could it proclaim itself to be “independent”?

All this started with CHINA lead COVID in 2019. Followed by eukraine-russia, isarel-palestine, china-ASEAN, myanmar civil war, yemen-libya iran-US. China is backing this countries in their war. China normalized war, criminality as the standard of doing what they think is right. Why gaining profit in the background by profiding resources in missile arcelans and pharmaciotical drugs. While providing aid so china would look the good guy in all these wars.

And we also listen to news sources supported by the Chinese government. But only China is driving away Filipinos from the Philippine Exclusive Economic Zone
