Windows の検索バーに gpedit.msc または グループポリシーの編集 と入力して、「グループポリシーの編集」を開く。
コンピュータの構成/管理用テンプレート/Windows コンポーネント/検索 フォルダーを開く。
「リムーバブルドライブ上の場所のライブラリへの追加を許可しない」をダブルクリックし、編集ダイアログを開く。「無効」にチェックを入れる。

見ていてふと気付いたのですが、「無効」ではなく「有効」に設定するのが正しいのではないのでしょうか……？
ポリシーのヘルプの内容もその方が正しいように見えますし、念のため英語で同じ内容のTipsを取り上げているサイトを確認してみましたが、やはり「Enabled」に設定するよう書かれています。
